We recently used Brian to sell our apartment and buy a new apartment in Hoboken. We interviewed many agents and Brian was the only one to show us a numbers driven approach to how to price our apartment for sale. His recommended listing price was 15-20% higher than others suggested but Brian was able to support it with comps and cash flow models. We listed at the price suggested by Brian and received a full price offer in 3 days. On the buying side, Brian was always available to show us new listings which is extremely important in an ultra-competitive market.
